We are very proud to announce: our team "Dranik with omul" won the first regional culinary championship "Baikal unites" as part of the gastronomic festival "Syty Babr"

Among the strongest chefs of Irkutsk, we proved: our Siberian recipes are tasty, bright and worthy of haute cuisine. Now we are going to conquer Moscow in 2026 at Chef a la Russe - we are ready to surprise Russia with Baikal flavor!

This is our common victory! We thank the guests, participants and fans for your support - we did it TOGETHER!
